In order to actively help shape the energy transition, a new legislative package (Renewable Energy Sources Expansion Act, or EAG for short) offers unprecedented opportunities. A new form of collaborative production and consumption is now possible.
In an energy community, different actors come together to share generated energy; consuming them together, storing and/or selling them.
As a participant in an energy community, however, you still have your freely chosen energy supply contract and your grid usage contract. This is a safety level to ensure power is supplied at all times.
